Lorgues is an old fortified town and you can explore the maze of old streets within the remains of the fortifications. 

The main boulevarde is lined with plane trees.  Enjoy a glass of provençal rosé in one of the cafes or bars on a summer evening, listening to one of the many musical soirées which take place here during the summer.
